HISTORY OF PLATINUM SCHOOL

The Platinum School was re-opened in October 2007 after being closed in the spring of 2001 because of declining enrollment.

Students returned home from attending schools in other communities and the students who were being home schooled, enrolled in the newly reopened Platinum school. There are currently 13 students enrolled in grades K-8.

The elementary students benefit by direct instruction from a classroom teacher.
