AHERA_EPAIn order to comply with ¶763.93(g)(4) of the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act the attached notice must be given to staff, students, and parents of students attending this school. This notice is intended to notify these groups of the availability of this Site's Management Plans, which are located in the Site Administrator’s office. The attached letter is designed to meet this requirement and must be sent out annually.
